Position Overview

The After School Program Staff role offers multiple positions including Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors at various elementary schools in Yonkers, NY, for the 2025-2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, homework).
• Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
• Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
• Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school policies.
• For certain roles, manage attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children under 13 is a plus but not required. Applicants must be medically fit without communicable diseases, have excellent people skills, and be prepared for physical activity.
