About Healthy Kids Programs

Position Details
We are hiring for multiple positions at Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is part-time and non-exempt, with positions available for Substitutes, Assistants, and Directors. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on role, qualifications, and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum covering fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework assistance.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
- Maintain communication with parents via the Playground App.
- Adhere to state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
- Some roles include managing attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and medically fit to perform job duties. Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs) are essential.
