Position Details

This position is for the 2025-2026 school year at Sunderland Elementary School in Sunderland, VT. Multiple roles are available including Substitutes, Assistants, Supervisors, and Directors. The pay ranges from $14.01 - $17.00 per hour, depending on role, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum covering fitness, STEAM, homework help, and more.
  • Create a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents and family members using the Playground App.
  • Follow state guidelines, internal policies, and host school rules meticulously.
  • Some roles include management tasks like attendance, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

You must be 18+ years old, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be medically fit. Experience working with children under 13 is preferred but not required. Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential.
