Position Overview
This part-time role for the 2025–2026 school year is available at Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT. Positions include Substitutes, Assistants, and Directors. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on role, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, academic adventures, etc.).
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for kids.
- Assist with homework and maintain child engagement.
- Interact with parents using the Playground App.
- Follow state guidelines, company policies, and host school rules.
- For some positions, manage attendance, registration, and staffing.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
- Exceptional people skills; friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry (up to 50 lbs.).
