Role Overview: After School Program Site Supervisor

This part-time role is based at Casimir Pulaski School in Scarsdale, NY. You will lead direct hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement activities covering fitness, STEAM, academics, arts and homework help.
• Create a safe and fun environment and serve as a role model.
• Assist the Site Director with management tasks such as attendance, registration, and staffing.
• Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
• Follow OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids Program policies, and school rules.
• Meet regularly with the Director to resolve issues and strategize.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years experience, OR relevant credential with one year experience, OR an Associate’s degree in Child Development or related field.
• Medical clearance and absence of communicable diseases.
• Strong people skills, reliability, and physical ability to handle job demands.
