Role Summary
The Extended Day Program Director will lead the After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year at Dorset Elementary School in Dorset, VT. You will oversee compliance, fun learning activities, management tasks, and team collaboration while maintaining open communication with families and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state guidelines, company policies, and host school rules.
- Direct engaging hands-on activities covering fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support.
- Manage daily operations including attendance, registration, and staffing levels.
- Maintain communication with parents via the Playground App.
- Collaborate with direct reports to resolve issues and maintain program quality.
Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a BA, BS or Associates degree with relevant certification or experience with school age children. Physical ability to manage energetic children is required.
