About Healthy Kids Programs
Healthy Kids is a rapidly growing childcare provider, offering Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs across over 100 locations. Position Overview
The Before and After School Program Staff role involves facilitating hands-on activities that include fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities, along with assisting children with homework completion. Members of the team also ensure safety, uphold program standards, and maintain communication with parents via the Playground App.
Responsibilities
- Implement Healthy Kids Curriculum activities.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment.
- Maintain daily communications with parents.
- Follow state, school, and company policies.
- Perform management functions for some positions.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children under 13 is beneficial.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
