Job Overview
Join us as a Before and After School Program Group Teacher at Oaklyn Elementary in Oaklyn, NJ. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where kids thrive. This part-time position requires a passion for working with children and flexibility to lead activities based on the Healthy Kids Way Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with NJ guidelines, company policies, and host school rules.
- Lead hands-on activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
- Assist the Site Director with management tasks including attendance and registration.
- Maintain communication with parents via the Playground App.
- Collaborate with the Site Director for smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Required education includes an Associate's degree in Child Development or related certifications, or a combination of college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, and related fields. You must be medically fit, warm, friendly, and physically able to manage young children.
