Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time Childcare Assistants for the 2025-2026 school year at William E. Cottle Elementary in Eastchester, NY. The role includes assisting with hands-on activities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and engaging with both children and parents using our Playground App.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities featuring our Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, and creative arts.
  • Help children with homework and foster a positive role model environment.
  • Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
  • Follow OCFS guidelines, internal policies, and host school rules.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Physically capable, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and medically cleared.
  • Strong people skills, reliability, and professionalism.
