Job Overview
Join our team as a part-time After School Program Supervisor at Sheafe Road Elementary School in Wappingers Falls, NY. You will engage directly with children through hands-on activities based on our Healthy Kids Curriculum and support the Site Director with management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.
- Create a safe and fun environment for children.
- Assist the Site Director with attendance, registration, staffing, and management tasks.
- Communicate with parents using the Playground App.
- Follow OCFS guidelines and program policies.
- Collaborate regularly with the Director for decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent plus experience, or a School-age Child Care Credential/Associate's degree in a related field. Experience with children under 13 is required along with physical ability to meet job demands.
