Position Details

This part-time, non-exempt position is for the 2025-2026 school year at Naples Elementary School, located in Naples, NY. Positions available include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities.
• Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment serving as a positive role model.
• Communicate daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
• Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school policies.
• Some roles include management functions like attendance accuracy, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children under 13 is a plus but not required.
• Medically fit to perform duties without communicable diseases.
• Professional, reliable, and personable with excellent people skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bend, stretch, lift up to 50 lbs.).
