Job Opportunity
We are hiring for multiple positions in our After School Program at Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT for the 2025–2026 school year. Available roles include Substitutes, Assistants, and Directors. The positions are part-time and non-exempt with pay between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum covering fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, arts, and homework assistance.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for kids.
- Engage with parents and families via the Playground App.
- Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school rules.
- Some roles include management tasks such as maintaining attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years or older, hold a High School Diploma (or equivalent), be medically fit, and possess excellent people skills. They should be physical fit to bend, stretch, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and engage with energetic children.
