Position Overview

The After School Program Director for the 2025-2026 school year at Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Healthy Kids Program Site.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide compliance with state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school rules.
• Direct engaging hands-on activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts, while ensuring homework completion.
• Manage administrative tasks like attendance, registration, and staffing.
• Communicate via the Playground App and coordinate with team members to address daily issues.

Requirements

A candidate must be at least 18 years old, hold a BA, BS, or Associate degree, and meet one of the specified experience or credential criteria related to school-age children. Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., is required.
