About the Role: After School Program Director
Lead the Healthy Kids Program Site at Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT for the 2025-2026 school year. You will drive program operations including compliance, curriculum-based activities, management tasks, and effective communication with parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state guidelines and internal policies.
- Oversee engaging activities covering fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.
- Manage attendance, registration, and staffing levels.
- Communicate with families through the Playground App.
- Collaborate with direct reports to maintain program quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a BA, BS, or Associate’s degree, and meet one of the following: ten months direct work with school-age children, Vermont-related credentials, or a Master’s in a youth-related field. Candidates should be physically fit, personable, and capable of managing energetic children.
