Financial Systems Analyst Senior

HealthPartners is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst Senior responsible for the financial administration of the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP System. The role focuses on finance applications including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Projects, EPM, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, costing and allocations. The candidate will handle reporting, training, user support, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and other systems related support. They will be the finance contact for system issues impacting Information Services and other departments.

Accountabilities

  • Participate in systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support.
  • Support business users, maintain and troubleshoot Finance Systems.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, and perform maintenance for Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Develop test schedules, plans, run test scripts and document results.
  • Write functional specifications for integrations and financial reporting.
  • Provide user support and coordinate issue resolution with IT.
  • Assist with continuous process improvement and standardization of processes.
  • Communicate technology updates and changes to finance users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on configuration and process decisions.
  • Provide training and maintain documentation and process flow documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of general business analysis or accounting experience.
  • 3+ years ERP experience.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and collaborating with business teams.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health care experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience in Chart of Accounts design and maintenance.
  • Proven ability in converting business requirements into functional specifications.
