About the Role - Medical Records Processing Specialist
As a Medical Records Processing Specialist at HealthMark Group, you will play a key role in processing medical record requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely processing, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and supporting overflow duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests efficiently.
- Ensure completion of requests within 24-48 hours.
- Monitor incoming requests and report volume issues.
- Support general office duties and overflow processing.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect PHI.
