  • 3+ years designing for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven success with AI-powered design tools.
  • Exceptional empathy through research, interviews, and prototyping.
  • Ability to translate strategy into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
  • A portfolio showcasing rapid iteration and human-centered design.

Total Rewards

Base salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually. Additional rewards include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA match, stock options, 401k match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, flexible PTO, and a commitment to equal pay and opportunity.
