Overview
The IAM Security Analyst at HealthEquity will actively participate in the implementation of an enterprise-wide IAM Program. This role requires technical exposure to IAM tool suites such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Okta, and involves UAT testing, process documentation, and continuous support of IAM initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as an IAM SME identifying risks and improvements.
- Manage user access certifications (UACs) for compliance with SOX.
- Collaborate with compliance, audit, and technology teams.
- Define roles, entitlements, and maintain IAM metrics.
- Participate in UAT, document processes, and develop security solutions.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, OIM, Okta).
- Strong process documentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of IAM principles and compliance requirements (SOX).
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
This is an hourly/non-exempt remote position with a salary range from $33.65 to $46.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) match, and more.
