Overview

The Financial Operations Billing Analyst helps manage day-to-day operations of the billing department, ensuring timely analysis, invoicing, and financial data integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate operational activities in the fees billing department.
  • Monitor billing processes and maintain billing integrity.
  • Manage ERP setup functions, credit memos, and invoicing logic.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and corporate billing policies.
  • Develop and recommend process improvements and automation.
  • Document procedures and support training for less experienced personnel.
  • Assist with external audit fieldwork and process adjustments in NetSuite.
  • Participate in various company and department projects.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in billing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare SOX control reporting and perform sensitive system tasks.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good technical understanding of accounts receivable functions.
