About the Role: Data Analysis Trainee at HealthAtlas
HealthAtlas is seeking enthusiastic Data Analysis Trainees for our upcoming traineeship program. This is a structured program designed to equip you with essential data analytics skills and practical experience, culminating in a live project and comprehensive report.
Data Analysis Trainee Responsibilities
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules - Candidates will diligently complete assigned learning modules, building a strong theoretical foundation in data analysis.
- Week 3: Live Project - Trainees will apply their acquired knowledge by working on a real-world project assigned by HealthAtlas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
- Week 4: Project Report - Candidates will synthesize their project work and findings into a detailed project report, demonstrating their analytical and reporting capabilities.
Data Analysis Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated high level of accountability and self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Possess creativity and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Receptiveness to feedback and strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A firm willingness to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
