About the Role
The Administrative Assistant at Healogix plays a key role in supporting the operational and administrative activities of the organization. This individual partners with senior leadership and department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations through vendor management, event support, board meeting preparation, and internal communication.
Position Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads for organizational support.
- Manage vendor relationships and act as primary contact for IT, software, and field vendors.
- Coordinate internal IT requirements including new-hire setup and equipment management.
- Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and board preparations.
- Oversee internal processes such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and document management.
- Participate in the Healogix Culture Committee and lead initiatives fostering compliance and transparency.
- Perform additional operational duties as needed.
Position Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and ability to work with senior leadership.
- Proactive, self-motivated and trustworthy with confidentiality.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and basic reporting/tracking.
