About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager, AI/ML at Headway, you will build and scale AI-powered tools that streamline workflows and enhance both patient and provider experiences. You will leverage AI, data, and thoughtful UX design to create intuitive products with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Drive patient-facing search, discovery, and ranking experiences.
• Design intuitive, provider-facing product experiences for complex insurance programs.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Ops, Clinical, and more to ship quickly.
• Embed the voice of patients and providers in product development.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines, search systems, or personalized product features.
• Strong balance of data analysis and human-centered design.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $215,900 - $254,000 along with variable compensation, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, a 401K, work-from-home stipend, flexible PTO, and more.
