Role Overview
This leadership role is responsible for shaping the future of growth at Headout by owning and transforming raw data into strategic insights. As the Manager, Data Analytics, you will lead the Business & Marketing data functions and influence marketing investments and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the analytical roadmap for growth and marketing.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions.
- Build and mentor a world-class analytics team.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and attribution models.
- Create frameworks to measure ROI of growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring of analysts.
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.
- Expertise in digital marketing analytics, including Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
