Role Summary: Design Coordinator, Interiors

The Design Coordinator, Interiors is targeted at recent graduates in Interior Design or Interior Architecture looking to fulfill required employment hours toward the NCIDQ examination. Candidates must demonstrate strong design fundamentals, solid design thinking, excellent communication skills, and a positive team attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support interior design focused employees not holding an NCIDQ certificate.
  • Present and explain design concepts clearly to supervisors and peers.
  • Take direction, maintain a positive attitude, and work as a self-starter.
  • Utilize tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred & Required Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, relevant internship experience, strong portfolio, and skills with design software.

Preferred: LEED Green Associate and local candidates preferred.
