Job Description
Deine Aufgaben
- Content Erstellung und Pflege der Kommunikationskanäle des Data Office (Artikel in der Business Support Plattform recherchieren und erstellen, regelmäßige Newsletter verfassen, Intranetartikel erstellen)
- Betreuung der Community via MS Teams
- Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen
- Abstimmung mit anderen internen Kommunikationsteams
Dein Profil
- Ein laufendes Studium der Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing oder ähnlichem
- Fähigkeit, klare und präzise Botschaften schriftlich und mündlich zu vermitteln
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Fähigkeit, Termine zu koordinieren, Meetings zu planen und sich eigenständig zu organisieren
- Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit Bürosoftware wie Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Kenntnisse im grafischen Design
- Kenntnisse der Nutzung von Content-Management-Systemen vorteilhaft
