As an International Programs Operations Specialist at HDI Group, you will be responsible for the qualified processing of international insurance programs, ensuring high service and data quality. This role involves independent management of existing policies and active collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders across a global network.

Your Responsibilities

• Qualified and independent processing of international insurance programs.
• Autonomous and self-responsible management of existing client portfolios.
• Instructing international network partners on policy implementation, coverage content, premium allocation, and regulatory requirements.
• Data entry in all relevant systems for contract setup, processing, billing, and reinsurance.
• Providing expert and administrative support to sales, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance departments.
• Telephone and written communication (in German and English) with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Ensuring a high standard of service and data quality.
• Contributing to projects for system and process development.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, or comparable qualification/professional experience.
• Several years of experience in processing industrial insurance contracts.
• Comprehensive specialized knowledge in handling International Programs.
• Independent and meticulous work style with a quick grasp of new information.
• High service orientation, eagerness to learn, and strong performance motivation.
• Pronounced numerical aptitude and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
• Very good spoken and written German, and good English skills.
