Introduction

This Work from Home position requires that you live within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital. The candidate will work in a high volume call center providing technical support for all HCA organizations in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve incident requests.
  • Use support tools and coordinate with staff for issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair end user systems.
  • Collect information through constructive customer conversations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with call center techniques and tracking tools.
  • Prior support experience with application software.
  • Proficiency with support software tools.
  • Experience with mobile device and Apple product support.
  • Basic desktop and network troubleshooting skills.
  • High speed internet with 60 MB download and 10 MB upload required.
  • CompTIA certification is a plus.
