Introduction
This Work from Home position requires that you live within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital. The candidate will work in a high volume call center providing technical support for all HCA organizations in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve incident requests.
- Use support tools and coordinate with staff for issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair end user systems.
- Collect information through constructive customer conversations.
Qualifications
- Experience with call center techniques and tracking tools.
- Prior support experience with application software.
- Proficiency with support software tools.
- Experience with mobile device and Apple product support.
- Basic desktop and network troubleshooting skills.
- High speed internet with 60 MB download and 10 MB upload required.
- CompTIA certification is a plus.
