Role Overview

As a Fraud Analyst, you will act as the detective behind the data. You will analyze raw data to uncover unusual claiming trends and potential fraud, support investigations with automated dashboards, and deliver insights that drive key business decisions at HBF Health.

  • Develop and maintain reports on leakage, fraud, and claiming patterns
  • Build automation and dashboards to streamline insights
  • Extract and analyze data to support investigations and real-time decisions
  • Spot trends and develop proactive fraud prevention strategies
  • Present insights for informed decision making
  • Collaborate with teams to strengthen fraud prevention

About You

You are a problem solver with robust analytical skills, comfortable with data visualization and automation tools. A degree or equivalent experience in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Economics is required. Experience with SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI is essential, while skills with Python or R and understanding private health insurance billing are advantageous.
