Haysto is seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager to join our innovative team in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. This role focuses on developing and executing product strategy to enhance recruitment processes for both candidates and employers.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for recruitment solutions.
- Lead the ideation and development of new products and existing product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver the product roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through stakeholder interactions and market analysis.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Conduct user testing and refine products based on feedback.
- Analyze product performance using KPIs and user analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or related field.
- Expertise in product management methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must have a car.
