The Role of a Technical Writer at Nidec
- Develop comprehensive method sheets for generator manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality engineering to ensure accuracy and alignment of documentation.
- Support shop operations by providing timely and precise information.
- Facilitate information exchange with other Nidec facilities.
- Assist in CAPEX creation and tracking, and manage maintenance spending.
What You'll Need
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school.
- 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within a production environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle/ARAS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and photographic skills.
