The Role of a Technical Writer

• Develop comprehensive method sheets for generator manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality engineering to ensure accuracy and alignment of documentation.
• Support shop operations by providing timely and precise information.
• Facilitate information exchange with other Nidec facilities.
• Assist in CAPEX creation and tracking, and manage maintenance spending.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within a production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle/ARAS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and photographic skills.
