About Wonderfield
Haystack is partnering with Wonderfield to find a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead critical system implementations and upgrades across their growing food service operations. In this role, you will drive impactful changes and collaborate with diverse teams.
The Role of a Technical Project Manager
- Lead crucial IT projects, including the replacement of EPOS systems across 38 restaurants.
- Manage major CRM and loyalty initiatives, impacting operations across the EU.
- Coordinate closely with senior stakeholders in Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure strong project governance, reporting, and budget control.
- Facilitate working groups and project forums, gathering and analyzing requirements.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in successfully delivering digital or technology projects in operational or manufacturing environments.
- Essential experience with EPOS systems; this is a critical business-wide program.
- Ability to manage complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable in stakeholder-heavy roles.
- Experience in process mapping and redesign (As-Is and To-Be processes).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
