This is a high-impact remote role for a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will dive deep into system requirements and ServiceNow-driven workflows to ensure mission success for federal agencies.

The Role

• Serve as the primary technical interface between application developers, federal points of contact, and end-users to resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead the documentation lifecycle by developing comprehensive system requirements documents, user guides, manuals, and technical reports.
• Manage day-to-day escalated service desk operations, ensuring rapid resolution of bottlenecks in web-based application environments.
• Troubleshoot enterprise-level application issues and provide expert advice on system enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor and investigate agency application status to ensure 24/7 reliability for critical federal systems.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of professional experience in Systems Analysis, Technical Writing, or a related technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Service Desk ticketing workflows, ideally within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record of documenting complex system requirements and creating user-facing technical manuals for large enterprise applications.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain an agency-specific Public Trust clearance are required.
