The Role
The Role
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend systems, services, and APIs
- Deliver high-quality software while collaborating with senior engineers on projects
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into reliable, maintainable software
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational excellence across backend services
- Participate in technical design discussions and grow engineering depth and technical ownership
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building production backend or full-stack software systems
- Experience working with APIs, backend services, or web applications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar
- Strong engineering fundamentals in software design, testing, debugging, and operational ownership
