This exciting opportunity is for a high-octane leader to scale a team of Senior Solutions Architects who design cutting-edge hybrid cloud, AI-integrated, and cyber-resilient infrastructures for enterprise clients.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and executive business outcomes. You'll be at the forefront of cloud transformation, leveraging deep partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to deliver managed services that empower organizations to innovate and grow.

The Role of a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

  • Lead, mentor, and recruit an elite team of Solutions Architects specializing in Cloud, Managed IT Services, and Cyber Resiliency.
  • Act as an Executive Sponsor for high-stakes customer engagements, leading complex workshops and whiteboarding sessions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Drive technical excellence by overseeing the pre-sales technical review process, including SOW/Design validation for Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud architectures.
  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to feed market insights into the roadmap, specifically regarding VMware, Azure, and AWS service evolution.
  • Scale the pre-sales engine by refining architecture documentation standards, demo environments, and automation to increase technical win rates.

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture with at least 3+ years in a formal leadership role managing pre-sales or technical teams.
  • Proven expertise across the Multi-Cloud ecosystem, including VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures.
  • Technical depth in Managed Services: Virtual Desktop (Citrix), Backup/DR, Security & Compliance frameworks, and Server technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex DevOps, CI/CD, and AI concepts into compelling business-centric narratives for C-suite audiences.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth in strategic accounts across healthcare, finance, or education verticals.
