QA Engineer - ServiceNow
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Drive Automated Test Framework (ATF) QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting.
- Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards.
- Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical discipline (or 4 years additional experience).
- 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ATF.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows.
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance.
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
