About the Role

Haystack is collaborating with Mastercard on an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager role. As a key member of Mastercard’s Interchange Solutions team within the Commercial New Payment Flows organisation, you will work on products powering secure, scalable, and flexible B2B payment solutions for global markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a product expert for wholesale travel payment solutions and virtual card programs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for Mastercard’s Flexible Interchange Solutions.
  • Lead roadmap development and product enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
  • Support global teams in defining and communicating value propositions.
  • Develop business cases, financial projections, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted technical contact for high-profile partners.
  • Produce and maintain product documentation and educational materials.
  • Monitor and analyse industry data and customer trends to support product strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep understanding of payments systems including authorisation, clearing, and settlement.
  • Experience with B2B or travel payment solutions in card schemes or financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global, fast-paced environment.
