About the Digital Product Manager Mainframe Role

Key Responsibilities
- Decompose complex problems into deliverable tasks and maintain a prioritised backlog.
- Manage and refine product backlogs while representing the customer voice.
- Contribute to vision and strategy within the digital platform portfolio.
- Utilize discovery and test-and-learn methods to validate assumptions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to influence priorities and success metrics.
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and guide long-term strategy.
Essential Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Product Manager with familiarity in Agile methodologies and product management tooling. A strong understanding of development processes, human-centred design, and UX principles is required, along with a proven ability to apply data-driven decision-making in product prioritisation.
Desirable Experience
Experience with system behaviours, performance tuning, capacity planning, RACF, encryption standards, and audit requirements, especially within regulated industries.
