About the Role

Haystack is working with Mastercard on an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager. Based in London with a hybrid/remote work arrangement, this role sits in the European Optimisation team, supporting customer-facing groups to unlock growth opportunities and optimize existing consumer card programmes.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with internal teams to identify performance and optimisation opportunities.
  • Use data to build and deliver strategic, evidence-based solutions.
  • Support customer engagements from concept to implementation with tracked performance improvements.
  • Act as subject matter expert for optimisation-related requests in Europe.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to interpret data and communicate insights across audiences.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and maintain consistency.
