The Role
- Develop and improve capability and proficiency in all role requirements
- Handle "Standard" jobs independently and "complex" jobs with supervision
- Work towards meeting targets and completing new tasks with support and development
- Understand and listen to customer needs to deliver excellent service
- Identify opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
- Maintain tools and related equipment in good working condition
