About the Role at Carl Zeiss
This Master Data Project Manager role, in collaboration with Carl Zeiss, is crucial for driving digital transformation projects, focusing on master data quality and standards across various enterprise systems. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing solutions that enhance data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in digital transformation projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards.
- Support the development and implementation of technical solutions for data quality improvement, especially in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
- Help business units establish Master Data standards and increase quality across ERP, MDG, CRM, and consuming systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business users, data owners, IT) to ensure end-to-end process consideration.
What You'll Need
- Degree in business informatics, information technology, or technical education in informatics, with a passion for master data and data quality.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Material Master Data, Business Partner, and related processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP data and system architecture.
- Proven track record of agile project experience and agile project management success stories.
- Excellent English and German skills.
