The Role
- Lead data management and technical delivery for critical life sciences projects.
- Develop and refine predictive models for outcomes and forecasting using advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, including claims, affiliations, payer, and sales data.
- Build internal tools and automate workflows to enhance delivery timelines and boost team productivity.
- Coach and mentor data engineers, ensuring seamless execution of client work.
What You'll Need
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics/Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting or work experience with global or mid-sized pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud data platforms.
- Proven experience performing data analytics on large health datasets and knowledge of life sciences data (e.g., claims, EHR, sales data).
- Excellent communication skills to present technical summaries and insights to diverse stakeholders.
