About the Junior Support Analyst Role
A global organisation is looking for a Junior Support Analyst to ensure the smooth running of critical business systems in a broad broking environment. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative, high-performing team responsible for maintaining system stability and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues within business applications.
- Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and testing.
- Assist in projects to improve system functionality.
- Produce reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in application support or systems administration, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, familiarity with Global XB/Sector or Salesforce (advantageous), understanding of ITIL practices and the insurance industry (desirable), and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
