Human Resources Manager - Clean Energy Leader
We are partnering with a global leader in clean energy and sustainable agriculture to fill this exciting opportunity. This company is a powerhouse in the transition to green fuels, operating massive manufacturing and logistics networks that feed and fuel the world.
The Role
As a vital member of the site leadership team, you will drive talent acquisition, organizational design, and safety culture within a high-impact manufacturing environment. You’ll leverage modern HRIS and ATS tools to manage a diverse workforce while influencing business strategy at the executive level.
- Spearhead HR solutions aligned with business strategies, acting as a strategic partner to senior site management and supervisors.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle, from sophisticated Talent Acquisition strategies to high-impact employee development and orientation programs.
- Oversee site-wide HR operations including HRIS data management, time and attendance systems, and applicant tracking (ATS) integrity.
- Drive a high-performance site culture focused on safety, inclusion, and engagement while ensuring full legal compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead internal investigations, represent the organization at hearings, and serve as the face of the company for community and partner relations.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience, specifically within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (PHR/SPHR certification is a plus).
- Deep expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and navigating complex HRIS/Time & Attendance software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data-driven reporting and formal project documentation.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult at the site leadership level.
