Human Resources Generalist

We are partnering with a global leader in sustainable packaging and high-tech manufacturing to find a dynamic HR Generalist for their large manufacturing site. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be a culture catalyst and is ready to drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development directly on the production floor.

The Role

As an HR Generalist, you will partner with Site Leadership to design and implement a comprehensive Associate engagement strategy and culture roadmap. You will own the full employment lifecycle within Workday, from onboarding to internal promotions and career pathing. You will also serve as a strategic coach and champion for manufacturing leaders, equipping them with the communication tools to foster healthy team dynamics. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will measure program effectiveness by tracking retention metrics and engagement KPIs for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead the execution of site-wide recognition programs, morale-boosting events, and community-focused initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Workday HCM and advanced Excel functionality (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for workforce analytics.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, engagement strategy, and full-cycle talent management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
