We're working with one of the UK’s largest and most influential public sector organizations on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact contract role where you will pivot between Agile and Waterfall methodologies to spearhead a massive digital transformation across five major directorates.

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the nationwide rollout of a bespoke PowerBI-based reporting ecosystem. This isn't just about ticking boxes; it’s about leading complex stakeholder mapping, managing technical implementation via Power Apps, and ensuring seamless adoption for thousands of users before the 2026 milestone.

The Role

• Lead the strategic implementation of a high-visibility digital tool built on Power Apps and PowerBI, serving as the central reporting engine for all organizational change initiatives.
• Orchestrate complex stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple directorates, utilizing MS Teams and SharePoint to bridge the gap between technical development and user adoption.
• Facilitate high-level workshops for process mapping "as-is" states, translating organizational requirements into actionable product features for subsequent software releases.
• Direct the creation and delivery of comprehensive training programs and user support guidance, ensuring feedback loops are integrated into the product roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between development teams and Change Managers to ensure the 2026 rollout remains on track and under budget.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering complex Digital Change and System Implementation projects within a large-scale enterprise or government environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, specifically PowerBI and Power Apps, to manage data-driven reporting tools.
• Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks, with the ability to navigate "Inside IR35" reporting structures and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Teams for remote delivery and SharePoint for content management and stakeholder documentation.
• Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate technical workshops and influence senior leadership across diverse business units.
