The Role
Transform monitoring, KPI, and operational data into visually rich dashboards, heatmaps, and executive summaries. Conduct trend analyses, anomaly detection, forecasting, and performance measurement across IT operations. Produce narrative insights that contextualize data findings for leadership decision support. Build standardized reporting artifacts for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership deliverables. Integrate data from multiple systems including monitoring tools, ticketing systems, incident logs, and operational platforms. Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with federal reporting expectations.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, data science, or performance reporting.
- Experience producing executive-ready dashboards, heatmaps, trend reports, and analytical narratives.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalents).
- Strong understanding of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation.
- Active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Data Visualization, Analytics, or a related discipline.
