The Role
- Lead the end-to-end design and governance of enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks.
- Drive the "gold standard" for identity governance, ensuring every privileged credential across the infrastructure is secured, managed, and rotated.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between security protocols and business efficiency, harmonizing complex requirements.
- Execute deep-dive audits and advanced control deployments to maintain rigorous oversight of sensitive environments.
- Transform legacy access methods into modern, automated security workflows using the CyberArk suite.
What You'll Need
- 13+ years of Cybersecurity experience with a specialized focus on Architecture and Identity Security.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of CyberArk (Core PAS, CPM, PSM, EPV) and other enterprise-level access security tools.
- Proven track record of building and launching large-scale security frameworks from scratch in complex environments.
- Expert knowledge of financial services compliance, security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO27001).
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver PAM solutions at an architect level.
