About the Opportunity
We're collaborating with our client on an exciting opportunity to spearhead a significant AI transformation. This role offers the chance to construct state-of-the-art conversational AI solutions, specifically enhancing contact centre interactions through intelligent Agent Assist capabilities utilizing Cognigy AI.
The Role of a Conversational AI Engineer
- Design, configure, and deliver Conversational AI / Agent Assist solutions using Cognigy AI.
- Build robust conversational flows for intent recognition, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and context-aware responses.
- Integrate AI-driven Agent Assist with IVR and telephony platforms to facilitate intelligent call routing and warm transfers.
- Collaborate closely with UC/Telephony teams to ensure AI flows align seamlessly with existing call routing logic.
- Support comprehensive testing, meticulous tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives for conversational experiences.
What You'll Need
- Proven, hands-on experience in delivering solutions with Cognigy AI.
- Demonstrated experience in building Conversational AI, Virtual Agents, or Agent Assist capabilities.
- A solid understanding of IVR routing concepts, including intricate call flows, user intents, and effective escalation paths.
- Experience integrating AI solutions within contact centre or telephony environments.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.
