AI Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design and deploy AI-powered automation frameworks for incident response and self-healing systems.

• Automate repetitive operational workflows across compute, storage, and networking layers.

• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume telemetry data, ensuring data quality for ML models.

• Develop ML/AI models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.

• Implement intelligent alerting systems to reduce noise and improve signal fidelity.

• Define SLIs/SLOs for AI systems embedded in infrastructure workflows.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience in AI engineering, particularly in operational or systems contexts.

• Practical experience of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and incident management.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.

• Familiarity with LLMs for operational tooling is a plus.

• Experience building AIOps or autonomous operations platforms is desirable.
